Introducing LIFENET

LIFENET - Learning and Inspiring for a Fulfilling and Enriching life

By working together and creating a solid network we can create some synergy, so let's get LIFENET started. This will be an opportunity to connect a group of individuals, work together and provide a mutual support network. As we move forward and follow our ambitions we will work towards a better life but we should always maintain balance. Keep the mind and body in balance so that you can handle whatever comes at you and continue to be successful.

Having a solid network provides a means to handle life events when they come up. There may be job layoffs, health issues or other serious concerns that we have to work through. Then there are areas of learning, growing and sharing positive experiences. Let's filter through all the extra media and info on the internet and focus on what you need to know.

There will be 3 key themes through the support network:

1) Education
It is important to get a good education and even after schooling it is critical to keep learning. Whenever you run into a problem, you should learn as much as you can about the issue to help deal with it and find an answer. You should promote learning and seeking knowledge and possibly help others find solutions to life's challenges. There are an infinite number of topics to learn about and you can always 'google' an issue to learn. There are many people that maybe in need but by learning new skills, there life may progress to new levels. Life is one big mystery so keep learning.

2) Health
We want a network that can promote a strong healthy group of individuals. The strength of the network is based on the strength of the individuals. Need strong spirits, mentally and physically that can handle anything in life. Need to be informed when health issues arise and share the latest information in medical breakthroughs.

3) Charity
We live in a universe where everything needs to balance out. We want to live in a happy environment where all people around us are doing ok. Many people are already connected to various non-profit organizations and those efforts should be highly promoted. Consider volunteering your time to support a worthy cause or communicate info on charities that are doing good things for the world.

So, to kick things off, I have set up a yahoogroups for further discussion. The group is called LIFENET411. It will be a place to share articles, resources and information as we go through the journey of life.

Nobel thoughts, Ken. I see two tracks here - a conventional track that deals with others and outside situations. The other track is one's own self. Both are important and can be handled simultaneously; however, the second track is more serious and important because without the second track the first becomes superficial.
Wishing you well.

Thanks, excellent input. I agree that may people get stressed out believing it's external influences that are the problem. I tend to believe it's all how you handle it, it's about self control, no matter what the circumstances are. Be strong and you can get through just about any situation.
